Candidates must possess strong Java programming and design skills and have broad exposure in various open source web application frameworks. Candidates must be self-motivated, proactive, able to quickly adapt to the changing technologies and requirements of the ECM marketplace.

Responsibilities Include: Take complete ownership of significant features including high-level design and implementation. Implementing solid/maintainable design/code w/standard practices & tools. Participate in high-level design architecture with architect & other team members

Required Skills: 7+ years software development experience 5+ years in designing and implementing web-based UIs Expert in HTML, JavaScript, CSS, AJAX, JSP, and servlets Strong interest in user interface design (layout, flow, usability) Thorough understanding of 3-tier web applications and detailed knowledge of various application servers, portal servers, and web application frameworks (Struts, JSF) Strong XML programming skills, including knowledge of XSLT, XSD, XPath, and XForms Strong familiarity with various open source tools and technologies (Eclipse, Subversion, Spring, Lucene) Customer focused, work well in collaborative team-oriented environment Must be self-starter and productive working with remote, distributed development team Required Experience BS in Computer Science or related degree or equivalent experience, MS desired
