WPLicense is a plugin for WordPress, a popular blogging framework. It lets bloggers declare a Creative Commons license associated with content on the site. There are a couple of twists here:
- Each license type has its own set of questions associated with it. If you opt for "Sampling", you'll be asked what flavour of sampling, with several choices available.
- The set of possible license types, along with their associated questions, can change at any time. For this reason, the plugin dynamically mediates a conversation between the browser and the Creative Commons API.
